Objective: Students will become familiar with metric units by estimating and measuring in a "Metric Olympic" competition. Learn about the Olympic Symbol & the history of the games.
Review Ground Rules: Captains are responsible for reading instructions & making sure all group members make an estimate and record results on chart before actual event. Each student plus one member makes measurement. Each student records data of actual measurement and the difference between estimate & actual measurement on chart.
