This class will feature an in-depth look at different forms of text and how each one has its own strengths and weaknesses. Students will come to see that English Language Arts can be a great form of both expression and communication.

About Kumu Kane:
Kumu Kane enjoys educating the youth of Hawaii and hopes to help steer them towards a successful future. Together we can help ensure that our Hawaiian islands are in capable hands in the years to come. Kumu Kane also enjoys a wide range of extra-curricular activities such as: sports, video games, reading/writing and sleeping. However, he does not get to sleep very much anymore as he is blessed with a growing family comprised of his wife and two kids. "I ka 'olelo no ke ola, I ka 'olelo no ka make," - In Language there is life, in language there is death.
